Senior Project Manager

About the role

Publicis Production is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex, high‑value projects in Bogotá. You will act as the central hub connecting clients, agency partners, and internal teams, overseeing the full project lifecycle from initiation to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects or a single large project (>$1M) and ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery.
• Lead cross‑functional teams in strategic planning, decision‑making, and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate closely with engagement/account leads to build and maintain client relationships.
• Develop project scopes, timelines, resource plans, and financial estimates.
• Set up projects using internal tools such as Microsoft Teams and LionBox, and conduct project kick‑offs.
• Track burn rates, coordinate invoicing, and produce status reports for senior stakeholders.
• Identify issues early, propose improvements, and drive operational excellence across the Publicis Groupe ecosystem.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience managing complex, long‑duration projects in agencies, corporate environments, or global networks.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to navigate complex organizational structures.
• Proactive communicator who can raise concerns, suggest solutions, and influence senior stakeholders.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with creative, strategy, production, business affairs, and finance teams.
