Senior Project Manager (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead medium to large staff‑augmentation projects for a global client base. You will guide multidisciplinary engineering teams, ensuring delivery of high‑impact products and transformations while working fully remote.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, monitor and report project results, providing coaching and discipline as needed.
• Enforce company systems, policies and procedures to maintain quality and consistency.
• Foster a reliable, communicative environment to retain staff and identify growth opportunities.
• Analyze billable utilization, capacity planning and forecast project profitability.
• Achieve financial objectives through forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis and corrective actions.
• Identify upselling opportunities within existing clients and deliver value to stakeholders.
• Support strategic technology implementation plans to improve organizational efficiency.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Software Project Manager.
• Strong background in the IT industry with deep knowledge of project management practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, able to motivate diverse teams.
• Proficient English (written and spoken) for global collaboration.
• Previous experience as a Software Engineer is a plus.
