Senior Project Manager – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead software outsourcing initiatives for INDI’s global clientele. Working remotely, you will coordinate multicultural teams, drive project delivery, and ensure alignment with HR and business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop project forecasts and maintain accurate timelines.
• Manage projects using Agile methodologies, ensuring consistent delivery.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners to apply HR policies across teams.
• Validate project viability, prepare budgets, and allocate equipment and resources.
• Identify and mitigate risks to keep projects on schedule.
• Enforce compliance with established processes and methodologies.
• Implement necessary changes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor progress and control activities to track performance.
• Maintain high levels of customer and team satisfaction.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years experience managing software outsourcing projects (time‑and‑materials or fixed‑price).
• Strong customer‑orientation and budget management capabilities.
• Background in IT and prior experience as a Software Engineer.
• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science.
• Advanced English proficiency.
