Senior Quality Supervisor – Colombia

About the role

The Senior Quality Supervisor will lead the execution of GxP quality system elements for commercial and delivery operations in the Colombian market, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal standards.

Key responsibilities

• Accountable for GxP processes such as NC/CAPA, change control, handling, storage, distribution, NPI/product lifecycle, and supplier quality management.
• Supervise quality analysts and coordinate warehouse and distribution activities to guarantee flawless execution of core quality processes.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, focusing on product integrity, patient safety, and client satisfaction.

Required profile

• Undergraduate degree in pharmacy, engineering, or a scientific discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of quality experience in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or consumer products.
• Fluent in Spanish and English with strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
