Senior Recruiter

About the role

We are seeking a driven Senior Recruiter to partner with business leaders across our Growth Businesses and Corporate Functions. In this role you will own the full recruitment lifecycle, collaborating closely with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to deliver high‑quality hiring outcomes while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for hiring managers in Ride‑Hailing, Marketing and other business units, using market data to guide hiring decisions.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process—from brief to offer—ensuring timely and professional interactions for candidates and managers.
• Design and execute targeted search strategies, sourcing qualified talent through job boards, LinkedIn, networking and direct outreach.
• Partner with HR Business Partners to continuously improve hiring processes and candidate experience.
• Drive consistency and efficiency across recruitment workflows and contribute to team projects that enhance hiring quality.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and future hiring needs.
• Provide market and competitor insights to hiring managers to set realistic expectations.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a fast‑paced, high‑growth or tech environment.
• Proven ability to build effective relationships with hiring managers and candidates at all levels.
• Strong organizational and process‑driven mindset, capable of handling multiple searches simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
