Senior Red Team Security Consultant

About the role

As a Senior Red Team Security Consultant you will join Mandiant’s Red Team Consulting practice to assess and advise clients on technical and process‑based security controls. You will lead adversarial emulation exercises, perform external and internal penetration tests, and contribute to the development of offensive tools and techniques.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct red‑team, purple‑team, and assumed‑breach assessments for diverse client environments.
• Execute external and internal wireless, web‑application, mobile, and embedded‑system security tests.
• Develop custom tools, scripts, and research offensive techniques to enhance team capabilities.
• Provide threat analysis, ransomware readiness reviews, and social‑engineering assessments.
• Document findings, produce concise reports, and present technical details to internal partners and customer teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on pen‑testing and red‑team experience across network, web, mobile, cloud, and social‑engineering domains.
• Fluent English communication skills and ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
• Mexican citizenship as required by local labor regulations.
