Senior Research Consultant – Americas

About the role

Appinio is looking for a Senior Research Consultant to join its Research Consulting Team serving the Americas region. You will act as a strategic partner for B2B clients, guiding them through the full market research lifecycle and turning data into compelling, actionable stories.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with clients to design, adapt, and analyse market research projects.
• Define study methodology, target groups, and sample sizes.
• Create bespoke questionnaires for use cases such as usage & attitude, tracking, concept testing, creative testing, MaxDiff and Conjoint.
• Set up questionnaires and fieldwork on the Appinio platform.
• Interpret results, generate actionable recommendations and produce in‑depth reports with charts and visual design.
• Present insights with a strong focus on storytelling, clarity and impact.
• Collaborate with the Sales team on project scoping for new customers.
• Manage projects and contribute to the strategic development of the Research Consulting Team and product roadmap.
• Integrate AI capabilities across research steps in partnership with the Product team.

Required profile

• 6+ years of end‑to‑end market research experience consulting B2B clients.
• Strong knowledge of quantitative methods and statistics.
• Proven ability to design studies, write questionnaires and work across multiple research techniques.
• Experience creating client‑ready reports in PowerPoint or Google Slides and delivering clear, actionable insights.
