Senior Sales Account Manager, Andean

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Sales Account Manager to lead sales activities for the Andean region, covering nine countries. The role is home‑based in Colombia or Costa Rica and reports to the Sales Director.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales across the Andean region by analysing market dynamics, identifying growth opportunities and new customers.
• Develop and execute account business plans focused on natural colors conversion, including forecasts and customer satisfaction targets.
• Manage a network of distribution partners, ensuring engagement, training and accountability.
• Collaborate with R&D, Manufacturing, Purchasing, QC/QA and Finance teams at the Mexican HQ to deliver superior service.
• Grow and manage a pipeline of natural‑color projects, guiding them to successful completion.

Required profile

• B2B experience in technical sales, preferably managing distributors across multiple countries.
• Strategic approach to winning business and selling value‑added solutions in food, chemical or pharma industries.
• Fluency in English and ability to travel 60‑70% within the territory.
• Bachelor’s degree with strong organisation, project‑management and communication skills.
• Dynamic, high‑drive personality with a passion to win.
