Key responsibilities

• Respond to inbound leads within 5 minutes during business hours.
• Conduct 50+ personalized conversations daily via phone, email and text to qualify prospects.
• Own the full top‑of‑funnel cycle, aiming to add 100 new paying members per month.
• Drive an average order value of $750 through consultative selling and education.
• Achieve a 50% upsell rate on core service offerings to maximize customer lifetime value.
• Navigate health‑related objections and provide expert‑backed guidance.
• Collaborate with leadership to refine sales scripts and outreach strategies.

Required profile

• 2+ years experience as an SDR or in a sales‑driven D2C tech role.
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English.
• Proven track record of high‑volume outreach and meeting aggressive sales quotas.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a self‑starter mentality.
• Comfortable working CET/BST timezones with overlap with EST (10 AM – 2 PM).
• Experience in the healthcare sector.
