About the role

Five9 is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to help build the next generation of its SaaS contact‑center platform. You will work on highly‑available, scalable micro‑services on Google Cloud Platform, enabling AI‑driven customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

Design, develop and maintain highly‑available, scalable micro‑services for the contact‑center application.
Contribute to modernizing platform services, ensuring reliability and performance at enterprise scale.
Troubleshoot production issues and provide on‑call support as needed.
Collaborate with peers to share knowledge and drive technical excellence.

Required profile

5+ years of software development experience in Java using the Spring Framework.
Strong understanding of cloud architecture, virtualization, distributed systems, load balancing, networking, and security.
Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline.
