Senior Software Engineer – Treasury (LATAM)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our Treasury team and build global, asset‑agnostic money‑movement systems. You will design, implement and operate services that handle both fiat and stablecoin flows across multiple regions and partners, collaborating with product, finance and customer‑success teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design and operate scalable systems that move and reconcile funds across jurisdictions, channels and asset types.
• Implement end‑to‑end observability and lead incident response, driving long‑term reliability improvements.
• Stay up‑to‑date with fintech, technology and compliance trends and evolve the platform accordingly.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of software engineering experience with ownership of business‑critical systems.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset focused on correctness, edge cases and robust solutions.
• Backend focus with experience building APIs, services and infrastructure.
• Solid understanding of relational databases, transactions, data integrity and performance trade‑offs.
