Senior Specialist Digital Experience

About the role

The Senior Specialist Digital Experience will support the DPC Customer Experience team in executing projects, best practices, and tools across the e‑commerce channel of our Wholesale and Digital Partner Commerce ecosystem in Latin America. The role focuses on optimizing product publication and enhancing the customer journey on digital marketplaces for both 1P and 3P businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Lead catalog and customer‑experience projects for new and existing partners, coordinating with Integrations, Tech, Commercial, and partner teams.
• Manage cataloging agencies to ensure accurate product publication and high‑quality customer experience.
• Define catalog KPIs, evaluate content quality, and drive continuous improvement.
• Use data to guide content and experience decisions based on performance trends.
• Implement enriched content such as videos, storytelling, and comparisons to boost engagement and conversion.
• Ensure timely and accurate product content across all digital touchpoints.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales Ops, and E‑Commerce teams to optimize the digital customer journey.

Required profile

• University degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in e‑commerce.
• Proven experience working in cross‑functional environments and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Required skills

• Experience with digital catalog management systems (PIM).
• Knowledge of middleware and marketplace platforms.
• Strong data analysis capabilities.
• Project management proficiency.
