Senior Systems Administrator (Bilingual English‑Spanish)

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual (English‑Spanish) Senior Systems Administrator to own and operate our cloud applications, endpoint fleet, and office network. This hands‑on generalist will manage the full IT stack—from identity and device management to virtualization, backup, and networking—while collaborating with security and support teams and U.S. technology leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Lead vulnerability assessment and patching cycles, coordinating with the security expert in Boston.
• Configure and maintain Mobile Device Management (MDM) for corporate device lifecycle.
• Operate enterprise backup and disaster‑recovery processes, ensuring data integrity and RTO/RPO compliance.
• Maintain virtualization platforms, handling resource allocation, performance tuning, and high‑availability.
• Administer wireless networking, network switching, and firewall policies to meet coverage, performance, and security standards.
• Manage the Microsoft ecosystem (Microsoft 365, Entra ID/Azure AD, Intune, Windows Server, Active Directory).
• Use IT Service Management (ITSM) tools for ticketing, change management, and SLA compliance.
• Document processes, create runbooks, and ensure alignment with internal policies and best practices.
• Participate in on‑call rotation and respond to network/infrastructure incidents, including weekend and holiday coverage.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on infrastructure administration in enterprise environments.
• Full professional proficiency in English and native‑level Spanish.
• Proven ability to work autonomously across the full IT stack.

• Vulnerability management & patching platforms (e.g., Tenable, Qualys, Rapid7, ManageEngine Patch Manager).
• Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions.
