Senior Technical Recruiter – Direct Placement

About the role

This is a full‑cycle, direct‑placement recruiting role focused on software developers. You will own every search from intake to signed offer, work directly with client hiring managers, move fast, and push for decisions. We are looking for someone hungry and accountable, who measures success in closed placements, not activity.

Key responsibilities

• Run full‑cycle recruiting for software engineering roles: intake, sourcing, screening, submission, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and close.
• Partner with client technical hiring managers to understand each role, calibrate quickly, and get clear feedback on every candidate.
• Chase client responses so searches don’t stall, and keep candidates engaged and informed.
• Source senior engineers through LinkedIn, GitHub, communities, referrals, and AI‑powered sourcing tools.
• Run technical screens across modern stacks, including AI/ML, cloud, full‑stack, and data engineering.
• Negotiate offers and manage closes through start date.
• Track pipeline metrics and improve time‑to‑submit, submit‑to‑interview ratio, and fill rate.
• Help bring AI tools and automation into the recruiting workflow.

Required profile

• 6+ years of technical recruiting experience with a proven track record of direct‑placement hires for software engineers.
• Full‑cycle recruiting experience – agency‑side, in‑house, or both.
• Enough technical fluency to discuss architectures, languages, and frameworks credibly with senior engineers.
• A closer’s mentality – relentless follow‑up and no quiet deals.
• Hands‑on use of AI tools in the recruiting process.
• Business‑fluent English for negotiations with U.S. clients and senior candidates.

What we offer

• Base salary $3,000 USD per month.
• Commission up to $1,500 USD per month based on placements.
• Total monthly earning potential of $4,500 USD.
