Senior Vice President, Customer Solutions Center, South Division

About the role

The Senior Vice President of the Customer Solutions Center for the South Division leads Mastercard’s product strategy across South Latin America, covering Colombia, Argentina, Chile and Peru. Acting as the bridge between regional product teams and local market organizations, this executive drives integration, commercialization and growth of core products, digital payments, acceptance and gateway solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Products & Solutions agenda across the South Division, driving revenue growth and market relevance.
• Own the divisional product strategy, portfolio prioritisation and execution roadmap for Core Products, Digital Payments, Acceptance and Gateway.
• Coordinate Product, Expert Sales, Customer Delivery, Marketing, Advisors and Account Management teams to deliver a cohesive strategy.
• Align product investments, development priorities and go‑to‑market initiatives with business objectives and market dynamics.
• Partner with regional product teams and local market leadership to define and execute market‑specific growth plans.
• Establish and monitor divisional revenue targets, strategic objectives, resource allocation and investment priorities.
• Identify market opportunities through competitive intelligence, consumer insights, transaction behaviour analysis and emerging trends.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in product strategy, portfolio management and go‑to‑market execution within the payments or financial services industry.
• Strong track record of driving revenue growth and delivering sustainable business results.
• Data‑driven, customer‑centric mindset with the ability to translate market insights into actionable plans.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work across regional and local teams and influence senior stakeholders.
