Site Services Engineer – LATAM

About the role

Clorox is seeking a Site Services Engineer III to support and improve enterprise technology services across its Latin American manufacturing sites, corporate offices, sales offices and remote locations. The engineer will act as the regional technical resource, ensuring reliability, security and performance of end‑user computing, infrastructure, server and network systems.

Key responsibilities

• Support and maintain enterprise infrastructure, end‑user computing, servers and network systems across LATAM locations.
• Partner with service providers to meet service level agreements and operational expectations.
• Serve as regional escalation point for critical technology incidents affecting business operations.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, infrastructure and connectivity issues to minimize disruptions.
• Apply and enforce global IT standards, policies and security requirements.
• Perform regional audits to ensure compliance with infrastructure standards and company policies.
• Identify and mitigate technology and security risks, supporting remediation activities.
• Assist in planning and executing site technology projects, collaborating with project teams.
