About the role
Brand Operator builds personal brands for sales leaders and deploys custom systems that help them scale, including funnels, calendars, lead tracking and DM automation. It is a fully remote team headquartered in Miami. As a Social Media Coach you will coach sales leaders on what to post, how to show up on camera and how to turn attention into recruits and leads.
Key responsibilities
- Run coaching calls and group sessions with the client roster
- Review clients' content and give feedback
- Keep clients consistent with their posting and on-camera presence
- Help clients turn attention into leads
Required profile
- Proven results growing a personal brand on Instagram, TikTok or YouTube (your own or clients')
- Deep understanding of short-form hooks, scripting and what makes content convert
- Experience coaching or managing clients
- Native-level English and a strong presence on camera and on calls
- Available for calls during US business hours
