Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager (Remote LATAM)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and creative Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager to own our online presence and support broader marketing initiatives. This fully remote position serves the LATAM region while aligning with U.S. time zones and requires a valid U.S. visa.

Key responsibilities

• Create, schedule, and publish content across all social media channels.
• Develop and maintain a content calendar that supports business objectives.
• Design engaging digital assets and occasional print materials.
• Support email marketing and other digital campaigns.
• Assist with trade‑show marketing, including directories, campaigns, and communications.
• Provide logistical support for events and trade shows (approximately 10% of time).
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure consistent messaging.
• Track performance metrics and continuously optimize content strategies.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation.
• Strong English communication skills (C1 level).
• Excellent organizational and project‑management abilities.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Valid U.S. visa and ability to travel internationally for trade shows when needed.
