Social Media Manager (Content Specialist)

About the role

We are looking for a creative Social Media Manager (internally called Content Specialist) to shape the online presence of our diverse client portfolio. Based in Medellín or Bogotá and working remotely, you will combine storytelling with data‑driven strategy to deliver engaging content across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce compelling text, visual and video content tailored to each client’s brand.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to develop and execute bespoke social‑media strategies.
• Maintain consistent brand messaging across all social channels.
• Manage multiple client accounts, ensuring timely delivery of content calendars.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics, using insights to optimise future campaigns.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest social‑media trends and platform updates.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in social‑media management or digital content creation.
• At least 1 year of hands‑on experience with Canva, CapCut and Meta Business Suite.
• Strong English communication skills for client interaction and internal collaboration.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret metrics and adjust strategies.
• Residence in Medellín or Bogotá, Colombia.
