Software Engineer – Digital Twin (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Software Engineer specialized in Digital Twin technologies to design and build platforms that replicate physical assets in real time. The role is fully remote and part of BairesDev’s global team of top‑tier engineers, delivering solutions for industrial clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable digital‑twin architectures that ingest real‑time IoT data streams.
• Create and optimise simulation models to predict behaviour and performance of physical systems.
• Implement data‑synchronisation pipelines linking physical assets with their digital counterparts.
• Build interactive visualisations that accurately display operational states.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define industrial requirements and ensure model fidelity.
• Optimise platform performance for high‑frequency data and low‑latency simulations.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of software engineering experience with a focus on IoT or simulation systems.
• Proven track record of building real‑time digital‑twin platforms.
• Strong understanding of real‑time data processing and system modelling.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
