Software Implementation Consultant (Hybrid)

About the role

The Software Implementation Consultant will join Quorum Software’s team to provide technical support and implement next‑generation financial software solutions for oil & gas clients. This hybrid role involves frequent client interaction, problem solving, and collaboration with software engineering teams.

Key responsibilities

• Work daily with clients to gather business and technical specifications for software implementation.
• Participate in configuration, enhancement, testing, and deployment phases of software projects.
• Collaborate with software engineering teams to integrate releases into client environments.
• Mentor less‑experienced consultants and contribute to internal training initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or a related analytical discipline.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Demonstrated leadership and project‑schedule management skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Programming languages: SQL, C++, C#, Java, VB (or similar).
• Understanding of systems architecture and software troubleshooting.
• Experience or interest in the oil and gas industry and client‑focused solution delivery.
