About the role
As a Senior Auditor in Talent Acquisition, you will ensure the quality, consistency, and reliability of recruitment audits, handling complex and high‑impact cases while guiding junior auditors.
Key responsibilities
- Execute complex, sensitive, and high‑impact audits.
- Supervise and review evaluations performed by Junior Auditors.
- Lead calibration calls and standardize evaluation criteria across the audit team.
Required profile
- 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance roles.
- Proven experience auditing complex and high‑impact positions, including senior and specialized roles.
- Hands‑on experience supervising and calibrating Junior Auditors.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
Required skills
- SQL
