Solutions Architect (Pre-Sales & Delivery) - Remote Colombia

About the role

FullStack, an AI-native engineering partner serving over 600 customers in North America, is looking for an experienced, client-facing Solutions Architect with strong pre-sales acumen and deep technical expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript (Node.js, React), Python (especially for AI use cases) and multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP). The role combines hands-on architecture with polished client authority, using pre-sales automation AI tools to streamline proposals and act as a bridge between business goals and technical execution.

Key responsibilities

• Meet prospecting clients directly, leading technical presentations, discovery sessions and solution demos
• Use automated AI tools to speed up proposal generation, architecture documentation, scoping and pre-sales workflows
• Translate business requirements into technical roadmaps aligned with client ROI, budget and strategy
• Lead solution architecture for web/mobile apps, cloud migrations, system integration, platform modernization and AI-powered solutions
• Design scalable full-stack systems in Node.js, React and Python, and multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) following CI/CD, microservices and API best practices
• Partner with AI/ML teams to integrate intelligent features, and mentor developers on code quality, security and architecture
• Evaluate build vs. buy trade-offs and structure multi-year proposals balancing price, client needs and account strategy

Required profile

• 10+ years of professional software engineering and architectural leadership experience
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field (verified by background check)
• Demonstrated pre-sales engineering, technical consulting or client-facing advisory background
• Fluent English, verbal and written, for international client engagement
• Work authorization to work full-time in Colombia; FullStack does not sponsor visas

Required skills

• Advanced JavaScript/TypeScript (Node.js, React) and modern Python for AI workflows
• Hands-on experience designing and deploying enterprise solutions on AWS, Azure or GCP
• Experience with AI-driven automation tools in pre-sales or technical workflows
