Sourcing & Contract Management Applications Technical Specialist

About the role

Worley, a global energy, chemicals and resources company, is looking for an Applications Technical Specialist to manage and support the Supply Chain Systems used for Sourcing and Contracts Management. You will support users and procurement teams on the Global Supply Chain systems and their integrations.

Key responsibilities

• Take the lead on project discussions, investigate requirements and handle support and integration needs
• Analyze and resolve performance, system, data and report issues, and handle ad hoc queries
• Fix system performance, user access, bugs and other technical issues, and set up projects and users in Worley's standard Contracts & Sourcing systems
• Develop training schedules and deliver training, and work with the procurement team and system vendor on alignment and availability
• Maintain user guides, reports guides, functional specifications, standard builds and customisations, and application security roles with separation of duties
• Maintain the global project configuration, review system health checks and support in-house reports
• Support system integrations, liaise with the software vendor and test new releases before rollout
• Plan and support production rollout, communicate changes to users and monitor success afterwards
• Improve productivity and visibility of project information through reports and dashboards

Required profile

• Professional level education
• 5-10 years of experience, including 5+ years in contracts management and sourcing, preferably with AVEVA Contracts Risk Management, Ariba, SAP, Coupa or similar
• Comprehensive understanding of contracts management and bid management principles
• Strong grasp of project requirements, deliverables and workflows
• C1 English, as most interaction is in English
