Sourcing Lead - Knowledge Services

About the role

GEP is seeking a Sourcing Lead to partner with clients and internal teams, driving strategic sourcing initiatives across its Knowledge Services portfolio. You will own the end‑to‑end sourcing process, from data collection to supplier selection, delivering measurable cost savings and value for large organizations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop category‑specific requirements and scopes of work aligned with client sourcing strategies.
• Conduct spend analytics and total cost of ownership analyses to identify savings opportunities.
• Create and manage RFx processes, lead supplier negotiations, and support negotiation strategies.
• Manage supplier selection, provide data‑driven recommendations, and collaborate on contractual agreements with legal teams.
• Partner with client Category Managers and SMEs to define sourcing approaches and methodologies.
• Execute the GEP sourcing process, including market analysis, supplier discovery, orientation, and milestone tracking.
• Analyze proposals, facilitate supplier evaluations, and present concise summaries to clients.

Required profile

• Strong sourcing expertise, including methodology, e‑sourcing technology, and RFX development.
• Familiarity with best‑practice sourcing approaches and techniques.
• Ability to conduct total cost of ownership analyses and drive cost‑saving initiatives.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
