Spanish Bilingual Cold Caller – Outbound Sales

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Spanish‑bilingual Cold Caller to drive outbound sales, generate leads, and support daily operations within our insurance sales team. The ideal candidate thrives on the phone, turns objections into appointments, and enjoys a fast‑paced, results‑oriented environment.

Key responsibilities

• Execute high‑volume outbound calling campaigns using advanced dialer software to prospect new leads.
• Schedule high‑quality appointments and manage team calendars efficiently.
• Conduct multi‑channel follow‑ups via email and SMS to nurture prospects.
• Re‑engage past leads, identify cross‑selling opportunities, and support insurance quoting processes.
• Maintain clean, up‑to‑date records in CRM systems, including accurate lead tagging and list organization.
• Manage daily inbox and calendar to ensure no meeting or follow‑up is missed.

Required profile

• Proven experience in high‑volume cold calling and telemarketing.
• Resilient attitude with the ability to stay motivated despite rejection.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Spanish with a persuasive phone presence.

Required skills

• CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel or similar.
• Dialer software (e.g., Mojo, RingCentral, XenCall).
• Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Sheets).
• Microsoft Office – Excel and Word.
