About the role
We are looking for a dynamic B2B Sales Representative to lead our Customer Acquisition team. In this position you will drive business targets, provide accurate sales forecasts, maintain CRM data integrity, and coach team members to deliver exceptional client experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the team to achieve weekly, monthly and quarterly business and customer satisfaction targets.
- Provide ongoing sales forecasting and ensure CRM records are up‑to‑date.
- Remove roadblocks and support the team in resolving challenges that affect sales opportunities.
- Monitor call time, productivity and conduct weekly performance reviews and coaching sessions.
- Analyze performance and customer experience data to develop strategic sales plays and best practices.
- Stay informed on market trends and communicate updates to the team.
- Act as escalation point for client issues and ensure prompt resolution.
- Maintain balanced communication with the Sales Director and external clients.
- Collaborate with client contacts on reporting, forecasting and incentive coordination.
- Build and nurture relationships with partners to meet customer expectations.
Required profile
- 1+ year proven experience in a customer‑service sales role or 6+ months in B2B sales.
- Passion for customer experience and driving team results.
- Experience in operations, strategy building and change management.
- Strong coaching history with a record of developing and retaining employees.
- Demonstrated ability to maximize revenue through best practices.
- Experience working with Salesforce.com or a similar CRM.
- Proven problem‑solving skills as a manager.
