Sr. Analyst, Master Data Management

About the role

The Senior Analyst for Master Data Management will lead the execution of Mastercard’s MDM strategy across the enterprise. Working closely with business and technology stakeholders, this role ensures master data is consistent, accurate, and aligned with governance objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement MDM solutions, gather requirements, architect, configure Reltio, and manage system upgrades, migrations, and deployments.
• Collaborate with IT, business units, and data governance teams to integrate MDM across platforms such as the Merchant data platform, Oracle Financials, Coupa, Salesforce, and Mastercard Billing System.
• Partner with the data quality team to profile, cleanse, enrich, and monitor master data, reporting on data quality KPIs.
• Drive automation of data ingestion and consumption processes, ensuring seamless integration with enterprise applications.
• Represent the Office of the Chief Data Officer, promoting best practices and governance frameworks for master and reference data domains.

Required profile

• Proven experience in master data management and data governance within large enterprises.
• Strong ability to work cross‑functionally with business and technology stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
