Sr. Analyst, Sales Enablement, Services

About the role

The Sales Enablement team within Mastercard’s Insights & Enablement (I&E) function is looking for a Senior Analyst to strengthen and evolve its sales enablement framework for Services. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, Systems and Insights teams to design, launch and optimise targeted Sales Plays that accelerate revenue and improve go‑to‑market efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Support business‑casing and analysis to evaluate and prioritise new Sales Play opportunities.
• Design, build and execute Sales Plays quickly using an agile, iterative approach.
• Own critical tasks throughout Sales Play execution and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Identify process‑improvement opportunities, document best practices and drive efficiency across the sales enablement workflow.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment of sales motions, funding models and competitive dynamics.
