Sr Campaign Marketing Manager

About the role

TenantEvaluation, a US‑based PropTech company, is seeking a Sr Campaign Marketing Manager to own end‑to‑end B2B marketing campaigns. You will shape strategy, creative direction, and performance reporting to drive pipeline and revenue growth for AI‑driven tenant screening solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch, and optimize multi‑channel campaigns on LinkedIn, email, paid ads, landing pages, webinars, and onsite activations.
• Develop go‑to‑market strategies in partnership with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
• Define budgets, track ROI, and report on leads, cost per lead, pipeline influence, and revenue impact.
• Lead creative direction for designers, copywriters, and freelancers; write conversion‑focused copy.
• Test, learn, and continuously improve campaigns based on data.
• Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously across different stages.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy.

Required profile

• 5+ years of B2B marketing experience in SaaS, PropTech, fintech, real estate, or professional services.
• Proven track record of leading full campaigns from concept to results.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Portfolio of past campaigns with case studies or measurable results.

• AI tools: Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity.
• LinkedIn Campaign Manager, email marketing platforms, paid‑ads management.
• HubSpot, Mailchimp, Apollo.
• Google Analytics.
• Design and collaboration tools: Figma, Notion, Midjourney, Canva AI.
