Staff Accountant & Billing Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Staff Accountant & Billing Analyst to join our team in Barranquilla. The role will handle the full accounting and billing cycle, ensure accurate invoicing, and support payroll processing through time‑keeping data.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end accounting and billing processes, from invoice generation to payment tracking.
• Ensure timely and accurate invoicing and resolve any billing discrepancies.
• Support month‑end close activities and assist in the preparation of financial reports.
• Enter and validate employee time‑clock data for payroll processing.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to provide data needed for payroll and financial analysis.
• Maintain organized financial records and documentation.
• Analyze billing and payroll data to identify and correct issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in billing, accounts receivable or a similar accounting role.
• Must be based in Barranquilla.
• Proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with accounting, billing and ERP systems (preferred).
