About the role
We are looking for a detail‑oriented accounting professional to join our international team in Bogotá. Reporting to the Accounting Supervisor, you will manage key mid‑to‑senior accounting tasks and support month‑end and year‑end close processes.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain the general ledger and ensure accurate postings.
- Perform bank and key account reconciliations.
- Support month‑end and year‑end close activities.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and IFRS standards.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
- 3+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Advanced conversational English (B2+).
Required skills
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and IFRS.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, Oracle, or SAP.

- Hybrid work modality, Monday‑Friday 8:00‑17:00.
