Strategic Account Manager – Fitness Marketing

About the role

GoPancham is seeking a strategic Account Manager to serve as the primary growth partner for fitness business owners. You will own a portfolio of clients, translate performance data into clear strategy, and ensure each client feels supported by a dedicated growth partner.

Key responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of fitness business owners as the primary point of contact and drive retention.
• Conduct regular strategy and coaching calls, delivering clear growth plans.
• Analyze Meta and Google campaign data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Develop 6‑12 month growth strategies and identify retention risks early.
• Maintain detailed account logs after every interaction.
• Collaborate daily with media buyers, creative strategists, and designers to keep campaigns aligned with client goals.
• Introduce additional services when they add genuine value for the client.

Required profile

• 3+ years of client success experience in a marketing or agency environment.
• Strategic mindset with ability to build and execute long‑term growth plans.
• Strong relationship‑building skills focused on competence and consistency.
• Excellent organization, time management and proactive communication.
• Passion for staying current on digital marketing trends.

Required skills

• Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) campaign management.
• Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) campaign management.
