About the role

Join BairesDev’s new consulting capability as a Strategic Consultant, working remotely to help organizations solve complex business problems at the intersection of strategy, operations, and technology.

Key responsibilities

• Structure complex or ambiguous business problems into clear analytical frameworks.
• Identify opportunities for growth, efficiency, or transformation.
• Translate strategy into actionable initiatives and roadmaps.
• Collaborate closely with client executives and internal delivery teams.
• Support discovery, assessment, and transformation programs.
• Communicate insights and recommendations clearly to senior stakeholders.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience as a Product Manager or equivalent strategic role.
• Strong understanding of business strategy and technology.
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous problems and turn them into actionable plans.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
