Strategy and Operations Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Strategy and Operations Manager to lead our Colombia operations and drive growth across LATAM. You will combine analytical rigor with strategic thinking to improve operational efficiency and shape the future of our marketplace.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, lead, and implement strategies that align with business priorities in LATAM.
• Monitor and interpret key operational and financial metrics to inform action plans.
• Identify root causes of risks and opportunities, propose practical solutions, and recommend the best approach.
• Implement, optimize, and scale core analyses and processes across the region.
• Proactively search for product improvements, measure impact, and collaborate with global product teams for launches in LATAM.
• Maintain productive relationships with cross‑functional partners including operations, marketing, customer support, product, policy, and legal.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of professional experience.
• Fluent in Spanish and English, with strong communication skills.
• Demonstrated teamwork, optimism, and ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong planning and organization skills, capable of creating detailed project plans.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of Python.
• Basic knowledge of SQL (SELECT, JOIN, WHERE).
