About the role
Four Seasons is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to lead one or multiple food and beverage service shifts for guests and clients in Cartagena, Colombia. The role involves guiding the team to deliver the brand’s luxury experience, ensuring service standards align with the hotel’s concept, and creating memorable moments for guests.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee service flow, including food passes, communication, delivery times, special requests, and staff arrivals and departures.
- Anticipate guest and team needs, resolve issues promptly, and maintain an epic guest experience.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of menus, ingredients, preparation methods, allergens, and preparation times; train the team accordingly.
- Organize and implement training sessions and coaching provided by Four Seasons.
Required profile
- Student or professional in Hospitality, Tourism, or related fields (preferred).
- Intermediate level of English.
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in high‑quality hotels or upscale restaurants.
- Proven ability to manage resources and personnel.
- Familiarity with service protocols and high‑end etiquette standards.
