Supply Chain & After Sales Supervisor

About the role

This position leads the end‑to‑end After Sales Supply Chain operations across the LATAM region, covering Colombia, Brazil, Peru, Ecuador, Chile, and Argentina. The role requires a hybrid work model with three on‑site days per week and frequent travel throughout the region.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate demand and supply planning to balance service level KPIs (fill rate, backorders, lead time) with inventory performance (days on hand, obsolescence, slow movers).
• Integrate regional demand plans by partnering with Commercial, Marketing, Finance, Forecasting, and Planning teams.
• Monitor critical supply situations and execute recovery actions to ensure parts availability and customer service.
• Oversee warehouse and logistics operations across all regional distribution centers, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, internal controls, SOPs, and audit requirements.
• Manage logistics performance, including inbound/outbound transportation, warehousing, handling, demurrage, and cost optimization.
• Lead multicultural teams across multiple countries, setting goals, KPIs, and development plans.
• Report on operational performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean/OPEX) to increase productivity and reduce waste.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, customs processes, and trade requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Solid experience in Supply Chain, After Sales, Logistics, or Warehousing, preferably in the automotive sector.
• Proven leadership experience managing regional or multinational teams.
• Advanced analytical skills with high proficiency in Excel.
• Fluent Spanish and intermediate/advanced English.
