Supply Chain Analyst

About the role

The Supply Chain Analyst supports supply planning execution for Vantage's VPC portfolio. The role ensures timely release of requisitions, coordinates third‑party logistics (3PL) supply needs, and monitors on‑time‑in‑full (OTIF) performance to maintain product availability and service reliability across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Release requisitions for the MTO Total VPC portfolio twice weekly according to planning schedules and approvals.
• Release requisitions for the B&R MTS VPC portfolio to support replenishment and inventory availability.
• Support 3PL supply planning by reviewing demand, stock levels, open orders and transfer requirements; recommend transfers and prioritize shipments.
• Partner with system owners to ensure accurate entry and updates of transfer and shipment details.
• Review near‑term demand, inventory, and open purchase orders to facilitate timely product movement.
• Conduct OTIF audits, document service misses, identify root causes and follow up on corrective actions.
• Maintain supply planning trackers, issue logs and recurring planning files with up‑to‑date information.
• Communicate supply risks, delays, transfer or shipment issues to planning, procurement, warehouse, customer service, quality and 3PL partners.
• Escalate any service, inventory, system or execution issues that could affect customer orders.
• Support continuous improvement of planning routines, data accuracy and communication discipline.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Procurement, Logistics, Engineering or a related field (preferred).
• 1–2 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, planning or customer operations.
• Entry‑level to early‑career professional with strong attention to detail and ability to follow established processes.
