Supply Chain Specialist – Global Logistics for Cybersecurity

About the role

The Supply Chain Specialist will enable seamless cross‑border logistics for a leading cloud‑native cybersecurity provider. Working remotely, you will support global operations, ensuring timely deliveries, inventory accuracy, and high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic and international shipments with freight forwarders, warehouses, suppliers and logistics partners.
• Monitor and improve delivery performance across suppliers and logistics vendors.
• Track inventory movements and support inventory accuracy across global locations.
• Assist order fulfilment for new customer orders, RMAs and replacement shipments.
• Collaborate with Global Support, Sales, Finance and Operations teams to resolve delivery issues.
• Optimize logistics workflows and contribute to automation and scalability initiatives.
• Maintain accurate documentation and system updates within ERP and CRM platforms.
• Proactively communicate shipment status, delays and operational risks to stakeholders.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain or operations within a global technology environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related field (preferred).
• Fluent English, both spoken and written.
• Strong organizational, communication and teamwork skills.
• Availability for occasional after‑hours support when required.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP or CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
