Takeoff Estimator

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Takeoff Estimator to lead cost estimation efforts for construction and real‑estate projects. The role is fully remote, allowing you to collaborate with cross‑functional teams while delivering accurate budget forecasts.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee project budgets throughout the entire lifecycle.
• Create detailed cost estimates from conceptual design through final construction.
• Analyze data, assess risks, and evaluate multiple cost scenarios.
• Utilize estimating and project‑management software to produce precise takeoff calculations.
• Prepare and present financial reports and findings to non‑technical stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 + years of takeoff or cost‑estimation experience.
• U.S. work experience is mandatory.
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Finance, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Relevant certifications in cost estimating or construction management are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with estimating software.
• Proficiency with project‑management software.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
