Talent Acquisition Consultant

About the role

PALO IT is seeking a Talent Acquisition Consultant to shape and execute its recruitment strategy. You will own the end‑to‑end hiring process, ensure a seamless candidate experience, and help build a diverse, high‑performing workforce aligned with the company’s sustainability mission.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: posting jobs, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.
• Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies that reinforce the employer brand and attract top talent at all levels.
• Partner with department heads and hiring managers to define role requirements and staffing needs.
• Utilise social media, job boards, networking events and other sourcing channels to build talent pipelines.
• Maintain timely communication with candidates, providing feedback and ensuring a positive experience.
• Support company culture through talent mapping, diversity initiatives and employee referral programs.
• Track recruitment metrics and use data analytics to continuously improve hiring processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar recruiting role.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
• Strong organisational abilities with attention to detail and capacity to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive problem‑solver who can work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive, diverse workplace.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
