Talent Acquisition Manager

About the role

StaffRight is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead its recruitment team and deliver high‑quality hiring for global clients. You will work remotely with candidates across the Philippines and Latin America while supporting US‑based hiring needs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a distributed recruitment team to meet hiring targets.
• Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle for multiple client accounts, ensuring a seamless candidate and client experience.
• Partner with Managing Partners to design recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and implement process improvements to boost quality and efficiency.
• Create and maintain SOPs, interview guides, templates and quality standards.
• Assist the broader business with ad‑hoc tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Minimum 3 years of full‑cycle recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or mentoring role.
• Proven experience recruiting for US‑based clients across various industries.
• Availability to work US time zones (graveyard shift for Philippines) and start within two weeks of offer.

Required skills

• Proficiency with an Applicant Tracking System, preferably Workable.
• Strong knowledge of Google Workspace.
• Experience using time‑tracking tools such as Time Doctor.
• Familiarity with recruitment reporting tools.
