Talent Acquisition Specialist II

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Specialist II will drive the sourcing and recruitment of top‑performing candidates for both management and craft positions across Astreya. You will leverage job boards, social media, and internal talent pools to build a strong pipeline and support the company’s rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of Astreya’s culture and design a comprehensive hiring strategy.
• Manage incoming applications, screen candidates, and present only the most qualified talent to hiring managers.
• Coordinate daily HR activities such as job postings, sourcing, referrals, interviews, offers, and handoffs.
• Create and maintain recruitment‑focused social media content.
• Research industry recruiting trends and continuously improve Astreya’s approach.
• Arrange travel for candidates and represent the company at career fairs and university events.
• Collaborate with managers and staff to expand the employee database and reach.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (B.S./B.A.) or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Proven ability to build productive internal and external relationships.
• Strong judgment within defined HR procedures.
• Effective communication and understanding of social‑media recruiting tactics.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office, especially Outlook and Excel.
• Experience using social media platforms for talent attraction.
