About the role
Evolution is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead high‑volume recruitment for Game Presenter positions in Colombia. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate interview schedules, conduct on‑site interviews, and manage pre‑hire activities.
- Identify and engage top talent, consult hiring managers, and select optimal sourcing channels.
- Maintain recruitment systems, documentation, and ensure compliance throughout hiring and onboarding.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience in massive/high‑volume recruitment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Colombia’s labour market trends and recruitment channels.
