We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full‑cycle recruiting across multiple international regions, focusing on LATAM, the Philippines, Europe, and Asia.
Required profile
- 2+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience
- Proven track record recruiting internationally across multiple regions
- Experience sourcing candidates in LATAM and the Philippines (Europe a plus)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Required skills
- LinkedIn sourcing
- Job board and social media recruiting
- Direct outreach and referral management
- Experience with ATS platforms
