Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage high‑volume interview scheduling, ensure an outstanding candidate experience, and support various HR projects that drive the company's success.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule and monitor a large number of interview requests daily, leading the OHG interview scheduling process.
• Maintain candidate data in internal databases and assist with talent acquisition analytics, social media efforts, and special projects.
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, and professional networks; screen resumes and conduct outreach to build pipelines.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, provide updates and feedback, and support onboarding paperwork.
• Create and distribute HR data reports and maintain employee records using Atrium (Worksuite) and other file‑management tools.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in HR or recruiting.
• Self‑directed, detail‑oriented, resourceful, and client‑service focused.
• Comfortable with HRIS, Excel, PowerPoint, and learning new systems.
• Advanced English proficiency.
