Talent Acquisition Specialist (Temporary)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end‑to‑end recruitment for our fast‑growing organization. In this temporary position you will partner with hiring managers to secure top‑tier talent while enhancing the candidate experience and employer brand.

Key responsibilities

• Source and build pipelines through social media (TikTok, Instagram), job boards, and community outreach.
• Act as the primary point of contact for hiring managers, defining role requirements and providing market insights.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from screening and validation to offer negotiation and contract finalization.
• Support employer‑branding initiatives, including influencer collaborations and local radio campaigns.

Required profile

• Proven experience in high‑volume recruitment, preferably within a BPO environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; English proficiency highly preferred.
• Strong ability to juggle multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.

Required skills

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Advanced search techniques such as Boolean strings.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter.
