Talent Management Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Talent Management Specialist to source, engage, and assess top talent for our fast‑growing fractional marketing agency serving multi‑location restaurant brands.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, communities, referrals and other creative strategies.
• Build genuine relationships with candidates, conduct structured screening interviews, and keep pipelines organized.
• Partner closely with hiring managers, provide clear feedback, and adapt quickly to changing hiring priorities.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting, sourcing or talent acquisition with a focus on proactive outreach.
• Strong relationship‑building skills and ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
• Comfortable working autonomously in a fast‑moving, high‑trust environment.
