Talent Training Analyst (Remote)

About the role

INDI is seeking a Talent Training Analyst to design and deliver training for new joiners and existing employees. The role requires strong organization, proactive multitasking and the ability to adapt quickly to changes in processes.

Key responsibilities

• Gather information on various processes to prepare and deliver internal and new‑joiner training.
• Maintain and update training content in Confluence.
• Create and follow up on tickets with Help Desk, HR and other departments.
• Identify gaps in existing information and propose improvements.
• Monitor other departments’ processes for changes and keep the organization chart up to date.

Required profile

• 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Excellent time‑management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Advanced English proficiency.
