Tax Manager

About the role

bet365 is looking for a Tax Manager with deep expertise in Argentine tax regulations and the ability to support tax matters in Colombia and Peru. The role combines compliance oversight with strategic advisory to help the business meet its objectives across the LATAM region.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all tax compliance and reporting for Argentina and other LATAM operations, ensuring adherence to local regulations and deadlines.
• Monitor changes in tax legislation across Argentina, Colombia, Peru and other relevant jurisdictions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to assess tax implications of business decisions.
• Liaise with external advisors and tax authorities as required.
• Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting with postgraduate studies in taxes.
• Minimum 7 years of tax experience in Argentina, preferably within the LATAM region.
• Strong knowledge of Argentine tax laws, regulations and compliance requirements.
• Proven leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Advanced level of English, both written and spoken.
